Bob holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and an MS in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. He has 30 years of experience encompassing engineering, consulting, and developing real estate on the owner’s side of the business. During his career, Bob has been responsible for site selection, master planning, designing, building and maintaining facilities across the United States, Canada and Europe. His experience includes laboratories, vivariums, high-technology buildings, cGMP space, and developer-driven Class A commercial buildings. Bob is a registered engineer in 24 states and is certified with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.

Bob’s commitment to clients is unwavering, whether the need is a small project, or a fast-track, award-winning building. He has been an advocate of ISO standards since the mid-80’s. Through his leadership, SEi Companies was certified as an ISO-9001 company in 2001.

Bob is also an Adjunct Professor at Boston University.
