ISO 9001, the International Standard for Quality Systems, is the business model for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Inspection and Servicing. It is the definitive international standard for design and consulting firms. The ISO 9001 standard is based upon the application of 20 procedures detailing system requirements for sound quality management practices for our entire business practice. ISO 9001 provides a tool for standardizing processes and evaluating project performance to ensure our final product meets clients’ expectations. In order to retain our certification, bi-annual audits by ISO 9001 auditors and regular internal audits by trained in-house personnel confirm and document continued compliance with the standards. For SEi, the ISO 9001 standard furthers the likelihood that our clients will be satisfied with our service and end product.
