Stephen is the chief financial officer and has been with the firm for 19 years. As CFO, Stephen oversees all the financial, treasury, human resource and administrative functions of the firm. Stephen's experience in management systems has created a matrix system for tracking accountability and incentives both by departments and by market sectors. Stephen has spent his professional career in the engineering and technology fields. His experience in financial management has been for both public and private firms. He has held positions from divisional financial management to corporate and treasury functions. Stephen graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Management and Marketing and an MBA in Finance.
