This distinctive building in Boston’s North End was originally constructed in 1906. For more than 80 years the building was a bakery that included baking, warehousing, administration and shipping operations. SEi provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering and design services for this adaptive reuse project totaling 400,000 SF.
