SEi provided mechanical and electrical design services for this new 500,000 SF, 33-story high-rise complex in Houston, Texas. The Tower includes 250 luxury apartments, a fitness center, large conference/dining room, banquet/ballroom with caterer's service kitchen, garden cocktail terrace, pool with sundeck, 24-hour executive service, health/fitness facilities, a club/theatre and bar and private meeting room for smaller groups.
