Located in the Lowell National Historic Park, the museum is housed within the brick walls of the cotton mill built in 1873. Under the auspices of the National Park Service, SEi provided HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, engineering and design services for the restoration, preservation and adaptive reuse of this 120,000 SF historic structure.
