The facility was designed with 44 megawatts of power, 6.5 million CFM of air and 14,000 tons of refrigeration, producing 26°F brine and 42°F chilled water. The engineering systems were designed with an N+1 redundancy to insure a 24/7 production test environment and final QA/QC space to maintain an environment from 42°F to 72°F to 104°F.
