Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Award – Office Building of the Year

SEi designed this award-winning 880,000 SF mixed-use office building in the 1980’s. Today in the 21st century it remains showcased as one of the most innovative and energy-efficient buildings in Boston. The building was highlighted as the sole topic for Time Magazine's Science Section, "Keeping Warm, Boston Style" issue.
